This website is operated by Golden Aura Gems. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Golden Aura Gems. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Safety & Usage Disclaimer (Important)

By purchasing from Golden Aura Gems, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety guidelines:

Age Restriction: Our products, including raw crystals, polished stones, and handmade jewelry, are not toys. They are not intended for use by children under the age of 12 without direct adult supervision.
Choking Hazard: Many of our products contain small parts (beads, small tumbled stones, jewelry findings) that pose a significant choking hazard. Keep all items out of reach of infants and small children.
Jewelry Care & Breakage: Handmade crystal jewelry, particularly elasticated bracelets, is delicate. Excessive stretching, water exposure, or forceful tugging may cause the item to break. Golden Aura Gems is not responsible for injuries resulting from broken jewelry.
Fragility: Some raw minerals may have sharp edges or may "shed" small fragments (e.g., Selenite, Pyrite). Handle all specimens with care to avoid skin irritation or injury.

4. Metaphysical & Health Disclaimer

While we celebrate the traditional and metaphysical properties of crystals, these descriptions are for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Crystal healing should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice or treatment.

5. Accuracy of Product Representation

As our products are natural specimens:

Visuals: We strive to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Geological Variations: You acknowledge that natural variations in size, shape, and internal inclusions are inherent to earth-mined stones and are not considered defects.

6. Modifications to Prices and Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions.

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
