Shipping policy

CANADA

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise requested. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Each parcel is insured and has tracking information available upon request.

Shipping is $12.00 CAD on orders below $125.00 CAD.

Shipping is FREE on orders $125.00 CAD and over.

Golden Aura Gems also offers free local pickup in Acton, Ontario. Please email or Direct Message via Instagram for this request if you plan on picking up your package instead of paying shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to current trade restrictions we do not offer shipping to the United States.

We may be able to offer other international shipping. Please review our terms at checkout or contact us at contact@goldenauragems.ca to help organize international shipping requests.
